For 50 years Connecticut Coining, Inc. (CCI) has been a leading manufacturer of deep-drawn metal parts used in aerospace, medical, defense and high voltage tubes (Thyraton, Klystrons, Magnetrons and Microwave Devices). In aerospace, our customers are industry leaders manufacturing bellows, joints, bleed, duct (anti-ice, telescopic) assemblies as well as silencers, and crossover & oil cooler systems, etc.
Our custom-built 40,000 square foot (12,000 m2) facility is set up to manufacture precise parts in our press, CNC Machining and finishing departments with tooling designed and built in house.
CCI specializes in short-runs (of 25 to 25,000 pieces) and prototypes, using a variety of materials including Kovar®, many grades of stainless steel, aluminum, copper, Titanium, Inconel® and assorted nickel-based alloys. All metal parts produced are to customer print requirements and are brazed to ceramic or sealed to glass. We offer “Just in Time”, blanket and Kanban upon customers request.
With the integration of continuous improvement methodologies and an adherence to AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015 Connecticut Coining, Inc. demonstrates a commitment to both meet and exceed customer expectations. We are also ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) registered to meet customers requirements.

Connecticut Coining, Inc. requires its suppliers to share in this commitment and to conduct business in a legal, ethical and responsible manner.
Connecticut Coining, Inc. does not currently use tungsten, tantalum, tin and gold in the fabrication of parts and, if occasion arose to use such materials, would assure the materials contained no metals derived from “Conflict Minerals” such that they directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups through mining or mineral trading in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), or adjoining countries where human rights violations are alleged.
In accordance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Reform & Consumer Protection Act, Connecticut Coining, Inc. is proactively asserting that any/all materials purchased and employed in the fabrication of parts are and shall forever be DRC Conflict-free.
RoHS and Title 49 CFR 172:101, Restriction on Hazardous Substances: We are proactively compliant and assure compliance in our supply chain to the RoHS specification.
