Having over 60 presses ranging from 20 to 600 tons, we can produce a range of deep drawn and stamped parts from simple to sophisticated designs.
Material use range from Kovar® (ASTM F-15), Nickel 200 Series, Molybdenum, Inconel®, Titanium, Monel®, Copper, Brass, Cold Rolled Steel, Stainless Steel, CuNi, Alloy 79, 17-7ph and more.

CCI employs highly skilled tooling personnel dedicated to build tooling upon customers supplied drawing. Connecticut Coining has an extensive die library and is able to manufacture tooling that will produce precise parts. All tooling is engineered and built on site.
Deep drawn parts are machined to better maintain tight tolerance as required by customers supplied drawings. CNC lathes, milling machines, Wire EDM, ensure a quality final product and delivery.
